المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good phone & WhatsApp etiquette.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple leads daily.
- Experience in customer service, telesales, or real estate is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM systems preferred.
- Fluent in English.

Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
