- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation.

- Deep understanding of current social media trends, viral formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
