المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
