المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or any related field.
- Previous experience in the same field is required.
- Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos and photos using a smartphone.
- Good understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and engaging content formats.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
