A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to recruit an E-commerce & Client Relations Coordinator.
المهارات
- Bachelors in Business, Communication or any related field.
- Experience with WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with newsletters and email marketing tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to respond professionally to online customer inquiries and follow up with clients.
- Ability to update website content, scripts, and product pictures.
- Ability to monitor shopping carts and client wishlists to support conversions and sales.
- Comfortable reading analytics and performance reports.
- Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
