Financial Assistant

A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to hire a Financial Assistant.

Main Duties:

• Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct.
• Assist the financial manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis.
• Assist in creating a yearly Budget across all departments
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
• Managing and handling the Business intelligence tool (Tableau) across all departments.
• Assist the finance manager in daily work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Quick learner.
• Precise and easy going.
• Has passion for numbers and report generation.
• Experience in Tableau is a plus.

Business, Accounting, or Finance or related field.
