المهارات
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or any related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
- Interest in nonprofit, international development, or migration-related work is a plus.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
