- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or any related field.
- Strong skills in digital illustration and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva).
- Creative thinking with a strong visual design sense.
- Ability to design social media posts, branding materials, and marketing content.
- Ability to work within deadlines and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Portfolio is a plus.
- Fluent in English.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
