A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to recruit an HR Generalist.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the HR field.
- A good, practical understanding of local labor laws, Ministry of Finance (MOF) tax rules for salaries, and regular handling of CNSS execution and filings.
- Proven ability to handle workplace disputes objectively and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use MS Office tools.
- Good English communication.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
