المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Master’s/HR certification is a plus.
- 8–10 years of HR experience in multinational or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws (Lebanon + Africa experience is a plus).
- Experience in multi-location or cross-border HR management
- Fluent in English.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
