Human Resources Specialist (HR Specialist)

 A reputable Institution in Beirut is seeking to hire an HR Specialist.

Main Duties:

• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Network with potential hires, HR professionals and employers, inside and outside Lebanon through professional groups on social media and during events.
• Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and levels.
• Conduct initial CV screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Train and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Host and participate in job fairs.
• Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends implements changes to the recruitment process.
• Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and outsource candidates.
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
• Other tasks that might be requested by the manager.

• 3+ Years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong profile on LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Good in French.
• Strong network of employers and HR professionals.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
