المهارات
- A bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- A master's degree or certifications in Digital Banking are a plus.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication & teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
