المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/social media.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva/Adobe.
- Creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fintech or digital products is a plus.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
