A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within pumps, generators, water/solar systems, or related mechanical equipment.
- Proven experience managing multi-branch sales operations and major customer accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with experience setting objectives, developing KPIs, and coaching sales teams and branch managers.
- Solid commercial acumen with strong capabilities in pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and profit margin analysis.
- Ability to review and approve high-value contract negotiations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Experience building wholesale customer networks and expanding market presence into new territories.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills to sync after-sales, maintenance, operations, and finance teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.

Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
