A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Sales Supervisor.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably retail pharmacies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Lebanese pharmaceutical market.
- Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate sales representatives.
- Experience in setting KPIs, territory planning, and sales strategy implementation.
- Strong reporting, market analysis, and competitor monitoring skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
