- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, or any related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Strong technical and project coordination skills.
- Experience in mechanical systems, maintenance, and site supervision is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.

By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
