المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid pharmacist license.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacy operations, and medication dispensing
- Excellent customer service and patient counseling skills.
- Experience in inventory management and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous senior or supervisory pharmacy experience is a plus.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
