المهارات
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social work, case management, or community-based programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work with vulnerable individuals and families.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Good in English.

KHOUBOURAT is a work force development and employment facilitation program launched by IRADA in 2018. Our program serves as an intermediary between employers and job seekers, facilitating the placement of job applicants with companies both locally and abroad while offering both parties a variety of free HR professional services.
By the end of 2022, KHOUBOURAT succeeded in ensuring the employment for 1,100 candidates in Lebanon and abroad.
