A reputable company in Lebanon is seeking to recruit a Strategic Executive Support - Remote Job.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, and priorities.
- Track tasks & projects and ensure timely execution.
- Build and refine operational systems and workflows.
- Prepare reports, research summaries, and briefing documents.
- Communicate professionally on behalf of executives.
- Support basic financial processes: invoices, expenses, budgeting.
المهارات
- Have 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Program/NGO Management.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Bring order, clarity, and structure to dynamic environments.
- Think critically and solve problems proactively.
- Have strong emotional intelligence, reliability, and attention to detail.
