Job Description
A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit an Assembly Manager.
Main Duties:
- Training employees in proper assembly techniques and safety procedures.
- Reviewing blueprints or other specifications to ensure that all parts are accounted for and ordered correctly.
- Scheduling employees for their shifts to ensure that production runs smoothly.
- Coordinating with purchasing agents to order parts or materials needed for assembly projects.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that materials are available when needed.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Fluent in English.
