Job Description

A reputable company located in Jadra is seeking to recruit a Customer Service & Call Center Officer.

Skills

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Ability to process and follow up on customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
Living in or around Jadra area.

Education

Business or any related field.
