Job Description

A reputable company located in Jadra is seeking to recruit a Customer Service & Call Center Officer.

 

Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Ability to process and follow up on customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Living in or around Jadra area.
