Creative Director

A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Creative Director.

Main Duties:

• Provide the creative team with guidance, ideas and coaching to launch impressive projects and creative outputs.
• Understand the marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to offer value to the clients.
• Set Team KPIs and manage members towards a successful delivery.
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices that aligns with the company’s Marketing objectives, policies, and culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or any related field.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience in Advertising, Branding or Digital agency.
• Proven track record as Associate Creative Director or Creative Director.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong Portfolio of work and wide experience in the industry.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Strong understanding of business needs and creative solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrated channels including but not limited to, advertising ATL BTL, Digital and social media, Branding and more.
• Fluent in English.
