ERP Specialist

A reputable company in Bchamoun is seeking to hire an ERP Specialist.

Main Duties: 

• Administer and support of Dynamics 365 on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to, managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects/entities, fields, forms/layouts/record types.
• Configure security permissions.
• Design and configure workflows.
• Design, create, and publish reports.
• Confiture D365 dashboards.
• Create dashboard on PowerBI and link them to D365 data.
• Provide end user support through knowledge of business processes and functional D365 solutions. Plan, Analyze, Implement, Manage and Maintain D365 Applications.
• Assist in the management of external partners (technical implementation, training and support) in relation to D365 integration and any third-party Platform.
• Document, Update, and Maintain policies and workflows related to D365.
• Train users on D365 and related business processes.
• Identify areas of opportunity and actively drive the organization to achieve maximum optimization of 365 platform.
• Respond in a timely fashion to end users’ needs, analyze/resolve issues relating to business applications and general systems issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of working with Microsoft dynamics or NAV.
• Excellent knowledge in database and queries.
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Ability to capture business requirements and create system design documentation.
• Ability to execute Dynamics 365 system configurations and customizations, create/update out of the box workflows, and solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field.
