A Reputable Company based in Beirut is seeking to recruit an Hr Consultant.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or HR Professional, preferably in performance management and employee appraisals.
- Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and evaluation methodologies.
- Experience conducting employee assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best HR practices.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.
