A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a IT Support Specialist.
Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ is a plus.
- 2–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience to provide technical support, troubleshoot POS and network issues, and support system operations across multiple sites.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
