Job Description
A well reputed company in FMCG industry in Beirut is seeking to hire a Procurement Officer.
Job Description:
- Source suppliers to get quotations
- Stock planning (compare types and history for more efficient)
- Negotiate prices and quality to best meet requirements
- Coordinate with branches on requests for goods and software
- Compare invoices with requests to ensure they are accurate and correct
- Ensure payments are executed on time – Coordinate with the Accounting department
- Supervise and coach purchasing assistant
- Coordinate with branches on requests for goods and software

Skills
- Undergraduate Degree in Business
- 3 or more years of experience in similar role
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Details Oriented
- Fluent in English, French is a must
