Energy Sales Manager

A reputable company located in Beirut in the field of Automotive field is seeking to recruit an Energy Sales Manager.

Main duties:

• Work closely with technicians and engineers to offer best solution for each project.
• Design, supervise, and manage all Solar & energy projects.
• Work with consultants & experts on large-scale projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of yearly plans.
• Coordination with Clients, contractors and related authorities.
• Supervise the 3 pillars of the department: Service center, maintenance team & technicians.
• Handle all customers complains through the maintenance team.
• Control all project implementation.
• Responsible for all value chain from turning leads into executed projects.
• Attend customer meetings and presentations throughout sales cycle, if necessary.
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Manage the inventory planning process to ensure availability for future orders
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Support conceptual engineering and energy simulation for solar power projects.
• Provide technical review and power output expectations for current or new products needed.
• Ongoing training for the team and other parties about product benefits.
• Participate in international fair to stay in touch with latest innovation.
• Plan the work of the team and align department’s priority with their schedule.
• Resolving customers’ reports of technical problems with energy installations.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer or Equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with field experience.
• Experience in reading and understanding technical specifications.
• Knowledge in the Solar and UPS categories.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Multitasking skills, Must be goal-oriented.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain focus.

Electrical Engineer or related field
