International Logistics Coordinator

A reputable company  located in Sed El Bauchrieh is seeking to recruit an International Logistics Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and track shipments (Import/Export/Cross-Trade).
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Negotiate shipping rates with shipping agents.
• Monitor the shipment and clearance process.
• Liaise with forwarders and clearers to prepare import/export related documentation for shipment and Clearance.
• Oversee preparation of documents such as LC’s, filling tariffs, bills of lading, packing list, invoicing, and other documentation.

• Bachelor degree in a business Administration/ Distribution and Logistics/ supply chain management or relevant field
• of 4 years of work experience in procurement / logistics positions is a Must.
• Solid Knowledge of logistics support techniques specially in Import, export and Cross-shipment regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular strong Excel skills
• Experience In Visual Dolphin Accounting Software is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
