Job Description
A reputable company located in Sed El Bauchrieh is seeking to recruit an International Logistics Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and track shipments (Import/Export/Cross-Trade).
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Negotiate shipping rates with shipping agents.
- Monitor the shipment and clearance process.
- Liaise with forwarders and clearers to prepare import/export related documentation for shipment and Clearance.
- Oversee preparation of documents such as LC’s, filling tariffs, bills of lading, packing list, invoicing, and other documentation.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in a business Administration/ Distribution and Logistics/ supply chain management or relevant field
- of 4 years of work experience in procurement / logistics positions is a Must.
- Solid Knowledge of logistics support techniques specially in Import, export and Cross-shipment regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular strong Excel skills
- Experience In Visual Dolphin Accounting Software is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
