IT Account Manager

A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit an IT Account Manager.

Main Duties:

• Represent company’s products and services.
• Meet sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships.
• Develop and implement action plan through comprehensive data analysis.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge.
• Prepare professional reports.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, computer science or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience as an account manager in the IT industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the IT services industry and the latest technological developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
