Junior HR Specialist

A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Junior HR Specialist.

Main Duties : 

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in benefits administration and answering employee inquiries.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement projects and ensure HR best practices are upheld.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English.
