Job Description
A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Junior HR Specialist.
Main Duties :
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in benefits administration and answering employee inquiries.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and ensure HR best practices are upheld.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
