Procurement Officer

A well reputed company in FMCG industry in Beirut is seeking to hire a Procurement Officer.

Job Description:

• Source suppliers to get quotations
• Stock planning (compare types and history for more efficient)
• Negotiate prices and quality to best meet requirements
• Coordinate with branches on requests for goods and software
• Compare invoices with requests to ensure they are accurate and correct
• Ensure payments are executed on time – Coordinate with the Accounting department
• Supervise and coach purchasing assistant
• Coordinate with branches on requests for goods and software
• Compare invoices with requests to ensure they are accurate and correct
• Ensure payments are executed on time – Coordinate with the Accounting department

• Undergraduate Degree in Business 
• 3 or more years of experience in similar role
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Details Oriented
• Fluent in English, French is a must

Bachelor degree in Business or related field
